Body-oriented therapy

This form of therapy works from a holistic view of humanity and has the intention to improvecontribute to your health on a physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social levellevel.

Cognitive behavioral therapy

Is concerned with exploring thoughts that influence our feelings, bodily experiences, and behaviors.

“Cognitive” means “thinking processes”, “knowledge” and “perception”.

In this form of therapy, therefore, the thoughts are central.

Psycho-social therapy

Psychosocial therapy includes a variety of approaches to get people toto show their problems, experiences and perceptions in a way that allows them toattitudes and perspectives towards life.
