Solution-focused therapy
By asking solution-oriented questions, attention is focused on discovering, raising awareness, preserving and strengthening the person's strengths and abilities so that they can build on them.
This form of therapy works from a holistic view of humanity and has the intention to improvecontribute to your health on a physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social levellevel.
Is concerned with exploring thoughts that influence our feelings, bodily experiences, and behaviors. “Cognitive” means “thinking processes”, “knowledge” and “perception”. In this form of therapy, therefore, the thoughts are central.
Psychosocial therapy includes a variety of approaches to get people toto show their problems, experiences and perceptions in a way that allows them toattitudes and perspectives towards life.
